About SMART Admin Services

Hi, I’m Lauren and I am SMART Admin Services located in Bunbury, Western Australia.  SMART Admin Services is a Virtual Assistant business that came about when I realised that I have skills & experience that many businesses can benefit from.

So for me, rather than working for just one business at a time, as I have done for the last 20+ years, I decided I could work with multiple businesses helping them achieve their goals, as well as giving myself the variety & challenge I thrive on.

So basically Admin has always been my ‘thing’.  I left school to start an administration traineeship and other than a couple of years driving dump trucks in the mid 2000’s, I’ve always worked in an administrative role.

Over the years I have worked in many different positions, from front desk reception through to Administration Manager.  This has included working in several different industries including, small business assistance, financial services & most recently mining, in a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) capacity.  These varied roles within different industries has given me a great amount of exposure to the majority of administrative functions.
